英国Spectator旁观者杂志是英国全国性的周刊中杂志中最悠久的杂志之一，该杂志聚焦国内政治机热点新闻评论，发表英国著名政治哲学家、社会评论家David　Selbourn的文章，用批判和讽刺的笔调道出对现状的种种不满。

Spectator创刊于1828年，现由巴克莱兄弟（BarclayBrothers）和《每日电讯报》拥有。其内容主要谈及政治议题，笔风偏向保守（虽然不少经常投稿的作者如RodLiddle被视为左派）。它亦涵盖广泛的题材，书籍、音乐、歌剧、电影、电视节目评论亦占相当比例。
