Kennedy Center:美国肯尼迪歌剧院是美国知名的歌剧院之一，位于首都华盛顿特区波托马科河畔，与林肯纪念堂遥相对望；在短短的三十多年历史中，肯尼迪表演艺术中心为美国和世界各地最优秀、最激动人心的表演艺术作品提供了向公众展示的舞台。

肯尼迪中心（The Kennedy Center），全称肯尼迪表演艺术中心（The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts），由著名建筑师爱德华·斯通 (Edward Durell Stone) 担任总设计。该建筑由3700吨白色大理石建成，其雄伟的大厅高达60英尺。它开放于1972年，是专门进行各类艺术表演的场所，其歌剧院和音乐厅的声学效果十分出色。该艺术中心包括了一家歌剧院、两个舞台表演厅、一间实验剧院、一个音乐厅、一个电影院及表演艺术图书馆。
