Amber Marie Chavez is a photographer living in Los Angeles. She along with her twin sister Ashlie Chavez work as a collaborative team, basically an inescapable unit. Greatly inspired by their mother, the girls have been shooting solely analog for over a decade.

After receiving a BFA together in Creative Photography, they joined forces and worked strictly as a team. In 2009 they became known for Symbiotic- a series that delineates their abnormally close relationship as twins. The majority of their work is personal, but they also do commissions for musicians and clothing lines.
